You are purchasing a custom service. Included in the service is a hand painted custom sneaker in your purchased size, sourcing fee for the purchase of the base shoe that is used, tax, packaging, and shipping. This is a fully custom sneaker and is not affiliated with Nike, partners, distributors, or ANY associates, businesses, persons, entities, etc. 100 Percent fully custom sneaker service.
Shipping
All shipments will be double boxed and tracking will be provided. Signature upon delivery will be required. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All correspondence must be between the buyer and shipping company if problems arise. Customer is responsible for requesting additional shipment arrangements at the time of payment (i.e. if you’d like signature confirmation, address change, etc.)
Returns/cancellation/refund
No cancelations after 24 hours of purchase. No returns, and no refunds. If the wrong item is delivered exceptions will be made.
Pre-Order price is non-refundable.
If full payment is not paid within 30 days of completion your order will be canceled, and no refund will be given. Your order will be donated/given away.
