• Pre-Order/Reservation Fee of 200.00 is credited towards the total amount of 590.00

• The 200.00 Pre-Order/Reservation fee is a non-refundable reservation fee. It is used to cover the cost of your shoe (base shoe or ‘canvas’) in the size ordered by the customer and is used to reserve customers position in queue.

  All Pairs are Made-to-Order (this is a custom service and takes time for completion)

  • the pre-order/security deposit price of 200.00 is credited towards the final amount.

  • The remaining balance of 390.00 is due once your shoes are completed and you have received all photos of your pair via EMAIL.

  • Payment must be complete within 30 days of receiving the photos of your completed shoe(s).  Please communicate with us via email (orders@thinkscottstudio.com) if you need additional time.

  • SIZING is in MENS. (Mens size 6 is equal to a Women’s 7.5)

  • Completion time is 3-6+ weeks and may extend as this is a custom made-to-order product. *Each shoe that we use as the ‘base’ has to be sourced individually, which means that once your order is placed it takes 2-4 weeks for your size to be delivered to us for customization.

  • All of our policy details are listed below. Please note that by purchasing this pre-order you are agreeing to ALL terms that are state below, so please, please read in entirety. If you have questions feel free to ask :)

• CUSTOM SNEAKER SERVICE DISCLAIMER: We offer a customization service. Each pair of shoes is purchased at retail or through the secondary resale market (stockX, GOAT, eBay, and others). These shoes are customized by hand after the order is placed. No pre-made pairs are kept in stock unless state otherwise (from time to time we do list samples or extra pairs.)

• This is a made to order artistic customization, not a mass produced product. Nike, New York Yankees, MLB, and affiliates are not involved in and do not endorse this customization. All pairs are extremely limited.

  • Due to the handmade nature of the process, each pair may vary slightly in detailing. Yoshi Dunks have a dyed midsole and outsole.

    Shipping

    All shipments will be double boxed and tracking will be provided. Signature upon delivery is available on request from customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All correspondence must be between the buyer and shipping company if problems arise. Customer is responsible for requesting additional shipment arrangements at the time of payment (i.e. if you’d like signature confirmation, address change, etc.)

    Returns/cancellation/refund

    ALL Sales are final: no returns, refunds, or exchanges. If the wrong item is delivered, exceptions will be made.

    Deposit/Reservation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to customer cancelations, changes in mind, postponement, or misunderstanding of our process and terms and conditions.

    ANTI-CHARGEBACK Clause: You (the customer) agree to not initiate a chargeback or reversal of the pre-order/reservation fee. Any disputes must first be addressed directly with Think.Scott in good faith. Please do not initiate improper chargebacks.

  • If full payment is not paid within 30 days of completion your order will be canceled. If you need additional time to complete payment please reach out to us.

• By placing this order and submitting payment you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions that are state above, including our non-refundable deposit policy and anti-chargeback clause.

RETURN POLICY DETAIL: Our return and cancelation policy is a result of this being custom made-to-order purchase. After 24 hours we purchase your base shoe (in ordered size) from GOAT, StockX, eBay, and other verified authenticity platforms. Once purchased, we cannot return the sneaker. Your security deposit is used to cover the cost of the base shoe in the unfortunate case that a customer ghosts us after completing their project and their balance is due. That is the reasoning behind our non-refundable, no returns, no cancelation policy. Thank you for the support!
